Francesca Follini was born in Cremona on May 28, 1984.
After graduating in Art School, she studied Graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts, in March 2009 she earning a Master's degree with honors.
She has published the trilogy "Progetto Uranus" with the Centro Fumetto "A. Pazienza" in the series Collezione 100% Schizzo, and the comic stories "La maledizione della prima taglia" and "Sport kills" for the series Cartigli.
She has collaborated with Casterman-Jungle (pencils of "La nouvelle guerre des boutons"), Clair de Lune (colorist for the tables of Marco Morandi in the book "Gaki - Les Chasseurs de Vent") Tunuè (Mono # 10 and the application for iPad "Frammenti di viaggio") and Absoluteblack (Vampiri).
She participated in the group exhibition Futuro Anteriore of Napoli Comicon 2007 (edition "Blu") and the national project Gemine Muse 2007, named "Cremona: Infinito Ottagono", in the comics section. In 2009 she was selected to exhibit in the Visual Art - Comic Strips of the 2009 edition of Bjcem, the Biennale of Young Artists of the Mediterranean, held in Skopje, Macedonia.

In 2013, she has received the award Missaglia at the Treviso Comic Book Festival .

 

She currently works as a cartoonist, illustrator, colorist, freelance graphic and manages a busy teaching activity, made ​​up of courses, laboratories and workshops.
